For clients we already hold translation memories for, we combine your discreet translation memories with machine translation output. Your source document is first processed by populating it with translations from your translation memories. These translation memories contain only content that has been either produced or edited by a human and never “pure” untouched MT output. Where there is no match in the translation memory for the text, machine translation output is then used. As well as checking the translation memory matches, a human linguist then edits the machine’s output to produce a publication that is of full human quality.

At the end of this process, the fully edited content is then updated into your translation memories for use in future translations. This service provides an accurate translation, reduces the cost of translating text with no translation memory matches, and provides a return on investment.
