What are the two (or more) languages that need interpreting? This is crucial for sourcing the right linguist.
Meeting purpose
Is it a hospital appointment, court proceedings, a site walkaround or a crucial business meeting? This helps us select the most experienced and appropriate linguist specific to your content.
Type of interpreting:
Simultaneous: Interpreting occurring in real-time via a headset or whispered, potentially supported by AI for terminology consistency.
Consecutive: The interpreter and speakers take turns, with AI tools available for note-taking and reference.
Liaison: The interpreter accompanies a group on its visit and interprets whenever required.
Location:
For in-person interpreting, we’ll choose a suitably qualified linguist as close to the interpreting location as possible. For remote interpreting, we offer state-of-the-art video or telephone conferencing solutions.
Technology preferences:
We can accommodate various setups, from traditional interpreting booths to remote interpreting platforms. Don’t worry if you lack specialised equipment – our interpreters are effective with or without it!

Any further information you can provide in advance gives the linguist opportunity to prepare appropriately, which is a benefit for all involved.
