The Word Hub, a “voice standing out from the crowd” we would say in Italian, they work as if they were a family-run business and, most of all, they treat each vendor making him/her feel like a human being, not just a number. One of the key reasons we worked with the Word Hub was because of their formatting service, so we had confidence that final files were accurate, and translated content wasn’t being dropped in by our in house design team from a word doc, which can often lead to errors in translation. The team were always incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful and the majority of the translations were of high quality. On the handful of occasions where tweaks were suggested following our in house review, the team were very responsive to this and worked with us to reach a solution that was agreed by both the translator and the reviewer. Highly recommended.

I’d had poor experiences of being fobbed off and let down by large multinationals providers, so was very pleased when they took the job on, completed it to budget and to the SLA. Can highly recommend them and will be going back with other projects.
